The Citra Fellowship: Executive Programme aims to expose public officials to new paradigms of development planning, calculated risk-taking, strategic foresight, and whole-of-government approaches to service delivery. United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Sri Lanka wishes to call for Request for Proposals from qualified service providers to Design and deliver a comprehensive session plan for a 5-day workshop for senior public sector officials to achieve the program objectives outlined in this TOR.Please refer to the TOR for details.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
