Based on the program objectives, UNHCR established a global supply chain for vehicles including armored vehicles, by utilizing third party service provider/s in at least two strategic locations in order to support the timely delivery of ready to use vehicles to UNHCR country operations. The vehicle preparation hub provider/s (VPC) are integrated, and strategic partner/s of the Asset and Fleet Management Section (AFMS) based in Budapest from where the vehicle supply chain is managed at the time of this Request for Proposal (RFP). NOTE: subject of this tender is the VPC in the European Union.
