UNICEF Sudan Country Office wishes to invite you to submit your offers for procurement of printed and visibility materials as specified in the LITB-2025-9195625. Offers should be submitted in ENGLISH and must be received by e-mail ONLY to: "[email protected]" in USD Currency not later than, the 20.02.2025 @ 11:59am Sudan local time. Local Time, otherwise, they will be considered invalid. The reference LITB-2025-9195625 must be shown in the e-mail's subject. The Bid form (Page#3 to 5) must be filled & attached when replying to this invitation. Please refer to the special Notes under page#22 for the mandatory requirements & preliminary evaluation sheet guidance Last Date for Questions & clarification is 17.02.2025, and to be addressed to [email protected] copying [email protected] Offers Validity must be not less than 120 days after the submission deadline. Samples/Catalogues are required for this solicitation process and must be sent to UNICEF office in Port Sudan - Hai Almatar, Block#4, the deadline for submission of samples/catalogues is 120.2025, at 16:000hrs Delivery terms: To unicef Warehouse in Port Sudan. UNICEF is exempted from VAT or any other taxes. Therefore, prices quoted must be without VAT and any other taxes. However, the successful bidder may submit invoice with VAT for payment and the invoice must have pre-requisite stamp from VAT Department. All corporate entities should be registered on the United Nations Global Marketplace website ( https://www.ungm.org/Account/Registration) before engaging in any activity with UNICEF. In case your firm is not registered yet on the UNGM site, you are advised to register and provide the UNGM number within your bid document. The guidelines on how you can register as supplier on UNGM is attached for your easy reference.
