The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for [developing and rolling out the targeted communication campaign aimed at raising awareness of Tuberculosis (TB) among the most-at-risk communities, including refugees and migrants, and primary health care providers, giving clear information about TB symptoms, screening and treatment options available, as well as lifting stigma and combating fears related to TB] which address the following objectives: a. To develop an overarching creative concept for the TB integrated campaign for the most-at-risk communities and primary health care providers as one of the campaign message transmitters b. To develop an implementation plan for the campaign c. To conduct key audience analysis, including among patients and the hard-to-reach communities d. To conduct the analysis of the communication channels, highlighting the most impactful and unconventional ones to reach the key target audiences e. To develop key messages and creative concepts adjustable to different target groups and languages, and communication channels f. To create, design and deliver key visuals and engaging text content for various media channels (e.g., social media, messengers, content, specific knowledge portals or medical news platforms, public transport spots, print, community center or medical facility information placement, etc.) g. To acquire media partners to support campaign, including free-of-charge distribution h. To manage the execution of the campaign across all platforms i. To monitor and evaluate the campaign's reach and effectiveness. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.
