The International Labour Organization (ILO) – Decent Work for Women Programme (DW4W), within the framework of the "Equality at Work"1 project in Jordan and in cooperation with the National Committee for Pay Equity (NCPE), seeks to appoint an expert to prepare an initial report on gender rights including pay gap in the private health sector. The goal is to identify sub-sectors where female workers face wage-related challenges as a preliminary step toward a comprehensive study on pay equity and decent work specifically within a selected private health subsector(s). This report will align with the requirements of the Labour and Social Security Laws to ensure a targeted, phased approach to interventions.
