The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the Provision of A Digital Solution For M&E In IFAD-Funded Projects. Objectives of the RFP: This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to solicit proposals from vendors who can provide a comprehensive MERL suite solution suitable for typical IFAD-financed projects. This solution will support the digitalization of M&E systems in five IFAD-funded projects across the IFAD regions. The goal is to select a vendor who can customize/adapt the MERL suite for each project, build capacity among project staff and partners to use the solution, and provide sustainable cloud-based hosting and maintenance.
