Request for Quotations for Services (RFQS also known as LRQS) UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a quotation for “National (Romania) Consultancy (institutional/corporate) for infant mortality analysis in Romania” as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B. HOW TO APPLY:   E-MAIL QUOTATIONS should be sent to: [email protected].   The reference RFQS/LRQS-2025-9198873-Child Mortality HSS and Company Name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.   The Quotation Form (pg. 2-3 from the RFQS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for quotation.  The Quotations MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Thursday, 31st July 2025, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.   Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.   It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for quotation, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a quotation in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant quotations may result in invalidation of your quotation.
