UNITED NATIONS CHILDREN'S FUND (UNICEF) Wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for Renovation of 5 Health Facilities across the West Bank. This Request for proposal for service is open to local/ National cONTACTING Companies who have capacity working in west bank. Proposal must be submitted Exclusively via email to: [email protected] by 11.59PM Jerusalem time on 11.February. 2026. Please do not copy any other UNICEF email addresses. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification of the submission. This invitation is open to the public. If the services specified in the LRPS do not align with your company's profile, we encourage you to share this invitation with any potentially interested parties. Interested Proposers are requested to acknowledge receipt of this LRPS  and confirm their intention to participate no later than 26.January. 2026 by email to [email protected] (Bid Officer: Abeer Haridi). The confirmation should also clearly indicate whether the proposer intends to participate in the site visits and the pre-bidding session as well. For interested proposers, The site visit schedule is annexed with the invitation documents. Kindly note that all arrangements and any associated costs related to attending the site visit are the sole responsibility of the interested proposers, as highlighted in the Terms of Reference (TOR) and the LRPS. The pre-bidding session will be held via Microsoft Teams on 02.February. 2026 at 9:30 a.m. The session is expected to last approximately 1.5 hours. The session link is  annexed with the invitation documents. The meeting passcode will be shared separately with interested proposers accordingly. Please note: no recordings will be shared with participants, though UNICEF’s responses to queries sent and questions raised and discussed during the Pre-Bid Meeting will be shared as needed in the form of amendments published on UNGM or email notifications to the mailing list, with 3 working days on the session from inquiries receiving deadline . All inquiries following the site Visit and the Pre-bid session must be submitted in writing no later than end of day, 03.February.2026. Direct all queries to: [email protected]. Responses to inquiries will be provided, either via amendments published on UNGM if needed or through email notifications to interested proposers within 3 working days. Please use the reference for your [Company Name, LRPS-2026-9202262, submission] in the email subject line of your submission. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted as separate documents. Clearly indicate this distinction in the document titles. Proposals may preferably also be sent in separate emails, with the following subject line and document title format: [Company Name, Technical Proposal for LRPS-2026-9202262] [Company Name, Financial Proposal for LRPS-2026-9202262] No price information should be included in the technical proposal. Failure to comply may result in disqualification of the submission. Price should be submitted in Shekel( NIS) excluding VAT. VAT consideration : Prices shall be quoted exclusively of VAT, with VAT to be indicated separately. The proposer shall be responsible for the applicable VAT rate under Palestinian law. In the event of VAT exemption eligibility, UNICEF as exempted organization will provide the necessary Vat exemption reference subject to the contractor ability to provide the necessary papers for the issuance of Vat exemption letter. Proposers  may submit multiple emails if necessary, provided that each email, including attachments, does not exceed 10 megabytes. Links to documents stored in cloud services are acceptable. Links should show a history tracker. Any changes made to linked documents after the submission date will not be considered and may lead to disqualification of the submission. Ensure that the declaration page in the LRPS invitation document  is duly filled, signed, and included as part of your technical submission. All bid submission files and documents (both technical and financial) MUST be dated and stamped. Services to be provided at UNICEF's  partners designated locations within the identified location in the West Bank.
