Data Platform Development, Maintenance and Visualization

ProcureProcess - WHO Others Non Governmental 2026-01-22 to 2026-02-04
WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the  Data Platform Development, Maintenance and Visualization. The Western Pacific Health Data Platform serves as the central repository for key health indicator data across the Western Pacific Region, drawing from known, authoritative, and reliable data sources. Managed by the Health Information and Digital Health (HID) Unit within the Division of Data, Strategy and Innovation (DSI) of WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific (WPRO), the platform requires continuous maintenance to ensure that data protection mechanisms remain robust, datasets are regularly updated, and the overall user experience is steadily improved. In addition to maintaining the platform, HID Unit also functions as the technical lead for developing and updating regional data visualization tools and data capture platforms. These platforms support Member States and technical units in accessing, analyzing, and utilizing high quality data for evidence based decision making. Further, WHO also supports the development of web-based tools based on requests from different technical units within WHO and Member States. Given the ongoing need to sustain this critical work - ensuring system reliability, timely data updates, enhancements to interoperability, and improved analytical functionality - a contractual partner is being sought to provide the necessary technical support and continuity. Instructions Please use the subject line ‘WHO Bid Reference WPRO/2026-01/DSI/289235’ in all email submissions. Proposals must be submitted to [email protected] no later than 4 February 2026.
