This TOR concerns contracting an Earth-Observation (EO) company to deliver the biophysical and geo-spatial backbone of the CRVA for Saponé, Loumbila and Pabré—converting satellite and ancillary data into decision-ready, printed map products and executive briefs that enable the three communes to prioritise, site and budget adaptation investments for 2026–2030, and to establish baselines for PBCRGs and APAs—rapidly and cost-effectively. In parallel, and outside these TOR, UNDP Burkina Faso will recruit a national socio-economic consultant/team to ground-truth the maps, collect and analyse vulnerability data (sensitivity and adaptive capacity), facilitate participatory validation, and ensure coordinated integration of feedback into the printed products.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
