Objectives and Purpose The objective of engaging a Receptionist is to provide excellent front line customer services and ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. She will be the first point of contact for office visitors. Accordingly, this Terms of Reference is prepared to identify a qualified and professional service provider for provision of Receptionist services on LTA basis for a period of 24 months initially with possible extension for one more year to UNICEF Colombo office in accordance with the scope of work outlined below.
