The Decent Work Team (DWT) and Office for the Caribbean of the International Labour Organization in Port of Spain requires 24-hour Security Protection, 7 days a week, for its office located at 6 Stanmore Avenue, Port of Spain. The premises of the ILO Office in Port of Spain comprises a two-storey building that has regular security equipment and requires qualified and properly trained personnel to provide surveillance service at the entrance control post which is the general monitoring centre of external cameras and equipment. The service must be provided uninterruptedly and organized in such a way that the one security post is covered. ILO designated security personnel shall not carry weapons and shall be properly dressed in uniform provided by the Security Company. The supplier contracted to provide the surveillance service at the ILO DWT Port of Spain must be legally constituted, with the necessary Security Firm Licence and duly registered to operate a Protective Service Agency in Trinidad and Tobago with a minimum of five years active experience in the field. The services must be provided according to ILO policies, procedures and guidelines.
