Country:   Abuja, Nigeria Description of the Assignment:  The Market Intelligence Tool (MIT) is a key output of the Enhancing Export Readiness of Women and Youth-led Businesses project, designed to bridge critical information gaps and enhance the competitiveness of Nigerian Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in regional and global markets. Developed under the framework of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA), the tool provides data-driven insights to support women and youth entrepreneurs in navigating trade regulations, identifying market opportunities, and strengthening their export capacity. Recognizing the challenges faced by MSMEs-such as limited access to reliable trade information, regulatory complexities, and fragmented supply chains-the Market Intelligence Tool serves as a comprehensive resource for informed decision-making. By equipping businesses with real-time data on export trends, demand patterns, and trade facilitation measures, the tool aims to improve Nigerias intra-African trade participation and enhance the overall export readiness of women-and youth-led enterprises. UNDP is seeking an international consultancy firm to professionally design the Market Intelligence Tool (MIT), ensuring that all figures, tables, and graphical elements are visually engaging, accessible, and aligned with UNDP brand guidelines. The final product should be a user-friendly, aesthetically compelling, and data-driven publication that effectively communicates key insights and trade opportunities for MSMEs.  SCOPE OF THE SERVICE AND EXPECTED DELIVERIES The objective of this consultancy is to provide graphic design services for this AFSIT report, including: • 73 pages Word document (approx.)• 49Tables• The company will be responsible for purchasing between 6 and 10 high-quality images from a licensed photo bank.Expected deliveries:• Creation of Design Template with suggestions of Cover & Content with provided branding elements• Creation of figures from provided raw data• Layout & designPeriod of assignment/services: 10 daysProposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
