Background The UNDP Angola, in collaboration with the Royal Norwegian Embassy, the Municipality of Talatona, and the National Waste Agency (ANR), is implementing the “Waste Management – Clean Ocean and Marine Litter Initiative”. The project aims to reduce plastic pollution, enhance community-based waste management, and promote circular economy practices in the coastal zone of Talatona. The launch event will officially introduce the project to stakeholders, raise public awareness, and solidify partnerships.
