Amendment No.1 Tender Number: -IMO-2025-RFP-021 - TEST Biofouling National Technology Demonstration Pilot – Mauritius With reference to the Request for Proposal (RFP) dated 7 October 2025, IMO wishes to issue an Amendment 1 to: a - Revise the deliverable 4 “Final completion report including a 2-minute video recording of the cleaning operations” and deliverable under the final completion report to include “a concise video (approximately two minutes) highlighting key aspects of the in-water inspection process, observations, and technologies used, rather than cleaning operations”. N/B: The financial proposal is updated to reflect the above. The International Maritime Organization (IMO) seeks proposals for “TEST BIOFOULING NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY DEMONSTRATION PILOT – MAURITIUS IN-WATER INSPECTION RELATED TO BIOFOULING MANAGEMENT” in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein. 2 This Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this document and the following annexes: Annex A: Instruction to Bidders Annex B: IMO General Contract Conditions-Services https://wwwcdn.imo.org/localresources/en/About/Procurement/Documents/IMO%20General%20condition%20Services.pdf Annex C: Terms of Reference Annex C.1: Technical Response Form Annex D: Financial Response Form Annex E: Vendor Registration Form https://www.imo.org/en/About/Procurement/Pages/Vendor-registration.aspx 3 In submitting a proposal, the bidder accepts in full and without restriction the requirements of this RFP including the Terms of Reference and the IMO General Conditions Services as the sole basis of this tender process, and waives his own conditions of sale, whatever they may be. Bidders should not submit a proposal if they are unable to accept the IMO Terms and Conditions, as per Annex B. 4 Proposals must be received by the IMO no later than 28 October 2025, 12:00 hours (UK Time). Proposals received after the designated time will be automatically rejected. Proposals are to be transmitted online via the IMO procurement portal, using the unique link in the invitation email, stating the RFP reference in the subject line. Submission of proposals by other means is not accepted.
