The WFP School Feeding team in the Rwanda Country Office seeks to procure the supply, installation, and servicing of institutional electric pressure cookers (EPCs) and institutional electric steam-jacketed electric stoves (80 – 500 litres) for 10 rural schools with student enrolments ranging from 500 to 5,000. The objective is to test and expand access to institutional clean cooking solutions, and generate operational, financial, and policy evidence to guide large-scale adoption across Rwanda.
