It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation for the for the supply, installation, configuration, and maintenance of specialized hardware to support its digital forensic operations. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms. Description   The scope of this service agreement is the provision of high-specification processing workstations to enable the review and analysis of digital evidence in a forensically sound manner.   The scope of the hardware will include, but is not limited to: High-resolution and specialized monitors suitable for detailed forensic analysis; Conference microphones to facilitate professional communication and case discussions; Audio interface systems to ensure effective system connectivity and integration; Associated connectivity components and accessories necessary for seamless operation. General Hardware (i.e Monitors, Keyboard, cables, portable storage, adapters) In addition to supply and installation, the selected service provider will be required to deliver ongoing service and maintenance support. This includes preventative maintenance, timely repairs, technical support, and periodic upgrades of equipment and systems to ensure the specialized hardware remains fully operational and aligned with technological advancements.   Purpose of EOI The purpose of this EOI is informative as to the imminent launch of the Request of Quotation for this service. The detailed scope of work will be given under the Request for Quotation document.   Companies that submit an EOI will be considered for invitation to participate in the forthcoming Request for Quotation (RFQ). However, participation in this EOI process does not guarantee shortlisting or invitation to the RFQ stage. The decision to invite companies to the upcoming RFQ will be made at the sole discretion of the ICC.
