The World Health Organization (WHO) Sudan Country Office invites qualified and eligible consulting firms to submit proposals for conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIAs) and preparing Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMPs) for the Sudan Health Emergency and Infrastructure Project (SHEIP). Proposals must be submitted no later than 24 August 2026 at 12:00 midnight (Sudan Local Time, GMT+2).
