Late Proposals shall be rejected. You may submit a Proposal to the ITU provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to deliver the goods and services specified in this RFP. Participation in this RFP indicates acceptance of the ITU General Conditions of Contracts for the Provision of Services and Goods provided in Annex IV-D. Any proposed modifications and/or reservations to this annex must be stated in your proposal and will be subject to further review before a contract can be concluded with you.
