• Conduct an organizational mapping and training needs assessment of workers’ and civil society organizations providing services to migrant workers in Pakistan. • Review existing evidence, policies and international good practices and identify key service-delivery, institutional, capacity, gender and inclusion gaps. • Develop a Gender-Responsive Migration Service Delivery Strategy • Undertake stakeholder consultations and validation, and finalize the Strategy, Service Directory, Training need assessment and related assessment outputs.
