Conduct comparative research. The research will cover types of business structures with simplified tax requirements in countries, including but not limited to areas of: • Legal status; • Definition and number of owners; • Financing; • Tax and tax exemptions; • Social insurance premiums; • Relevant laws and regulations; • Formalities. 2. Meet the relevant officials and stakeholders 3. Organize focus group meetings if needed (the project will cover the related cost) 4. Prepare a policy brief 5. Present the research report and policy brief
