Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: 1- Programme Implementation and Support: Provide technical guidance to project teams and partners to ensure effective delivery of child rehabilitation and child labour prevention activities, including SCREAM sessions, in line with approved methodologies, quality standards, and expected results. 2- Capacity Building: Design and deliver training-of-trainers (ToT) and refresher trainings for SCREAM facilitators and community schools, alongside structured coaching and on-the-job support to strengthen facilitation skills and implementation quality. 3- Needs Assessment and Programme Design: Conduct needs assessments for community schools in targeted governorates and develop tailored training and capacity-building plans based on identified needs. 4- Monitoring and Follow-up: Carry out technical field follow-up of weekly sessions and community events, review progress, identify challenges, and provide corrective technical support.
