Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The External Collaborator will build on the findings of the Market Systems Analysis (MSA) and Skills for Trade and Economic Diversification (STED) analyses for the HoReCa sector to develop one new occupational standard for Chef and update five existing standards for Cook, Assistant Cook, Hotel/Restaurant Technician, Waiter, and Barista. The occupational standards will be evidence-based, demand-driven, and developed in close collaboration with and validated by relevant sector stakeholders.
