RFP 2025.03 Support Unitaid in its efforts to access financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF). If Bidder experience difficulties in accessing the RFP documents after having registered and expressed interest, please send an email to: [email protected] Objective of the consultancy: To identify a suitable provider with relevant experience to support Unitaid in its efforts to access financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) by progressing through the Project Specific Application Approach (PSAA). Qualification of Firm and Consultants: Unitaid is seeking support from qualified bidders with sufficient project management oversight and seniority and having the following skills and technical qualifications, to be demonstrated by both firm and proposed key members: 1. Demonstrating a deep understanding of Unitaid’s institutional parameters, including its governance, operating model, Specified Funding Policy, Strategy 2023 – 2027, Climate and Health Strategy and Programmatic Priorities. 2. Bidders shall have a proven track record of delivering high-quality consultancy services in the field of climate, health, blended financing, particularly for global health matters, with experience working with UN or other international organizations comparable to Unitaid and/or major institutions. In this regard, the contractor/s will include three relevant past performance case examples in the proposal. 3. Demonstrated access to relevant networks and partnerships within the climate, global health and finance sectors would be advantageous. 4. Bidders must demonstrate their ability to undertake climate modelling using recognized scientific processes. 5. Bidders must have and demonstrate a sound understanding of the climate and global health architecture and the value added by Unitaid within this context. 6. Demonstrated access to a multidisciplinary team with climate, public health, finance, and broader development expertise. 7. Demonstrated access to relevant databases, tools, and resources necessary for conducting comprehensive literature reviews, data analysis, and stakeholder consultations. 8. Demonstrated strong project management skills, analytical skills, effective communication, and working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders are essential. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for the above-mentioned RFP in accordance with the documents attached in the "Tender Document" tab. Proposals must be submitted via UNGM, through the “RFP documents” tab and upload documents in “My Tender Return” no later than 17:00 hours Geneva time on 13 February 2025. Given the urgency of this exercise, extension of tender closing date may not be not feasible at this stage.
