Service contract to set up the online store & daily maintenance for 100 African SMEs The project is a two-year project designed to support SMEs from developing countries to use e-commerce measures to build business opportunity in the Chinese market, this new project will enhance the international market competitiveness of African small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The supplier must meet the following mandatory requirements: 1. Proven access to E-Commerce Platforms (Alibaba.com) & familiarity with backend tools and analytics dashboards of these platforms. 2. Proven have at least two full time ecommerce experts (English and French) to provide the service 3. Proven have experience to work with African SMEs 4. Proven possession of digital content creation tools, store management & monitoring tools, secure data management system, CRM tools, training delivery platform 5. Proven possession of tools for reporting and analytics, stable internet infrastructure and backup systems.
