This is an advance notification that IFAD is planning to launch a bid for the “Conference room foyer refurbishment”. The purpose of this advance notification is to allow interested bidders to set aside time during the month of June to prepare their bid responses as well as time for implementation (if awarded the contract).  Scope of the upcoming bid: IFAD intends to launch a request for proposals (RFP) for the renovation and functional upgrade of an institutional conference hall, located within a high-security public building. The scope of works will include: Civil and plant engineering works for the architectural and functional refurbishment of the conference room; Supply and installation of certified bulletproof glazing systems (BR5); Interior fit-out, including furniture, conference seating, and integrated audio-video equipment. This project aims to modernize the space while meeting enhanced security standards and ensuring full compliance with applicable Italian and international regulations. The selected contractor will be responsible for the integrated delivery of all works, equipment and supplies, including the coordination of any specialized subcontractors, where necessary. The estimated date when the bid will be launched is June 2nd, 2025, and the estimated date when the bid will be closed is June 25, 2025. The estimated date when the contract will be awarded is July 15, 2025, and the estimated completion date is December 15, 2025.
