Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) Country Office for Nepal is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Review the documents and design and lay out the publication following a layout similar to previously developed materials. • Format text, tables, charts, boxes, footnotes, quotations, illustrations, photo captions and credits, ensuring consistency with ILO publication guidelines and, where appropriate, alignment with ILO branding, format, and design requirements. • Prepare graphic elements for use throughout the publications and refine and finalize the document design based on feedback. The assignment will support PRS Project output on improving the availability of gender-responsive knowledge products addressing decent work deficits and inequalities among economic units and workers in vulnerable situations, the Project will publish an information series on informality in Asia and the Pacific, targeting tripartite constituents and broader stakeholders, including the donor community, to: • Raise awareness on what informality is, why it persists, and how it can be addressed, including by debunking common myths through evidence; • Foster collective action among policymakers, employers’ and workers’ organizations, the donor community, and other stakeholders to address informality through coordinated and integrated approaches; • Strengthen practical knowledge and access to tools to support evidence-based dialogue and inform the design and implementation of policies aimed at facilitating transitions to formality.
