The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), with its Headquarters in Vienna, Austria, invites Suppliers of automated locker technologies to respond to the Request for Information (RFI) for a Parcel Box Solution that will streamline the handling of private staff packages at the Vienna International Centre (VIC). The envisaged system should comprise approximately 80 lockers, enable couriers to deposit items directly, and allow staff to collect parcels 24/7. Key information requested includes: i) Technical and functional details of the locker hardware, power and network requirements, software, licencing, and support model; and ii) An on-site assessment and product presentation at the VIC.
