The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Myanmar, invites qualified local suppliers and manufacturers to make a firm offer for the establishment of Local Frame Agreement(s) for the supply of local shelter materials for all townships within Rakhine State, Myanmar (hereinafter referred to as goods) Local shelter materials include: - 4"~6" Myaw Post (15' Long) - Ø 3" bamboo 15' long - Ø 2" Bamboo 15' long - Nipa palm leaves (3 ft) - Nylon small (Black rope)- Big package included 10 small coils. - Big nylon rope (Dia@8mmx 25 meters length) - Tarpaulins (4mx5m) for walling The requirements are divided into lot based on the destination/townships. Bidders can submit their offer for all lots or must offer for minimum one complete lot in annex C depending on the capacity and geographical expertise of the bidder. UNHCR may award multiple bidders who are technically compliant and offered lowest price. UNHCR may award Frame Agreement(s) with initial duration of one (1) year, potentially extendable for further period of one (1) year subject to satisfactory performance of the supply of goods.
