The International Organization for Migration in Mogadishu, Somalia, invites qualified and potential Service Providers to provide an offer for Ground Transportation Services in Somaliland and Go-home Letters (referred to hereinafter as “Services”) under the terms and condition contained herein. As per the mandate and specialized support of each agency, IOM and UNHCR will continue to return Somalis voluntarily return home under the Assisted Spontaneous Return (ASR) arrangement from other countries. IOM will engage in this program to conduct vulnerability assessments and provide post-arrival assistance in the form of ground transportation assistance, go-home letters of the returnees from Hargeisa to Mogadishu to returnees arriving through the Port of Entry (PoE) in Berbera, Somaliland.
