1. Background   The ILO’s Responsible Electronics Initiative is implementing a multi-component programme on compliance and responsible labour practice benefiting electronics suppliers. In this activity series, a number of publication will be introduced for circulation and reference. The ILO is, thus, seeking to engage a service provider in the layout finalisation and printing of these materials.  2. Scope of Works and Specific Tasks It is expected that the prospective suppliers provide quotations upon two sets of quantity for the item as specified. The final quantity to be produced for each item will be decided and exchanged with the supplier at the contracting stage. The selected service provider will work closely with the Project team to provide required services, i.e. layout finalisation, printing and delivery for two items below: (i) The ILO MNE Declaration (ii) Notebooks The selected supplier shall follow the ILO branding regulations at Brand Hub - Guidelines (ilo.org) and guidance from ILO CO-Hanoi. 3. Timeline and expected deliverables The following output products will be developed and produced in proper standards, and eventually delivered in good quality for readiness to use:  (i) ILO MNE Declaration: (i.1) 30 Copies of the printed MNE Declaration in English (32 pages). (i.2) Layout and print the MNE Declaration - in Vietnamese (32 pages). Kindly provide two pricing printing options: one for 50 copies and another for 100. We will select one of these options based on budget availability. (ii) Notebooks, sizing B6, vertical, spiral bound, at 35 sheets (70 pages). Kindly provide two pricing options: one for 100 notebooks and another for 200. We will select one of these options based on budget availability. The contract is expected to begin on 21 May 2026 and conclude on 02 June 2026.  Delivery shall be completed by 02 June 2026 to The ILO Country Office for Viet Nam at 304 Kim Ma, Ngoc Ha Ward, Ha Noi. 4. Selection criteria Deadline for submission of quotation with VAT inclusive indication:  Friday, 15 May 2026, 12.00 Hanoi time (GMT+7) to email address: [email protected]. The selection process will take into account the following aspect: (i) value for money, (ii) delivery schedule/leadtime, and (iii) familiary with the ILO brand guidelines and prior experience/past portfolios including designs for electronics industry.
