Special conditions: • Delivery terms for requested items in Annex 3 (8-Materials list to be provided by contractor) 1. (DDP- UNRWA Warehouses at Damascus) and upon request: The supplier should provide his price including all costs and fees till receiving the items at UNRWA central warehouses in Damascus, • Samples should be collected within 3 months after which UNRWA will have the right to dispose in ways it deems fit • Vendors who have not previously registered with UNRWA are requested to complete their company profile and provide proof of Chamber of Commerce registration in a separate envelope, registered vendors are requested to provide updates if changes have occurred since last registration. (Please use Annex-6). • UNRWA reserves the right to conduct necessary tests and a laboratory analysis of submitted samples and compare the results with the technical specifications which are outlined in attached (RFQ).
