Objective of the consultancy: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a suitable organization with substantial, relevant experience in providing strategic advice and support in enabling environment in the Republic of Korea for political commitment to Unitaid. The selected Contractor will contribute to raise Unitaid’s profile in Korea, especially among Global Health stakeholders, government representatives, members of Parliament, civil society actors, and media. Qualification of Firm and Consultants: The selected Contractor shall have a qualified team with sufficient project management oversight and seniority and having the following skills and technical qualifications (to be clearly demonstrated in the technical proposal and proposed CVs): 1. Proven expertise and extensive experience in advocacy, resource mobilization and public relations. 2. Having an existing, extended network across target partners and stakeholders in target markets required to rapidly deliver results. 3. Extensive experience in engaging with and having existing and extended network of high-level public health professionals, stakeholders, decision-makers, and government officials in target markets. 4. Existing extended network of institutions, public health professionals and entities and key stakeholders and decision-makers. 5. Demonstrated sound understanding of the global health architecture and the value added by Unitaid within this context. 6. Having prior contacts, a strong network and a sound understanding of the global health architecture. 7. Previous work with WHO, UN or other international organizations comparable to Unitaid and/or major institution preferably in the field of Global Health. 8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Korean are required, with the ability to distil complex subjects in clear and accessible messages. Bidders are invited to submit a proposal for the above-mentioned Request for Proposal in accordance with the documents attached in the "Tender Document" tab. Proposals must be submitted via UNGM, through the “RFP documents” tab and upload documents in “My Tender Return” no later than 17:00 hours CET (Geneva time) on 11 July 2025.
