The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for facility management services at WHO Regional Office for South-East Asia (WHO-SEARO), located at I P Estate, Mahatma Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-110002 which address the following objectives: a. Provision of comprehensive housekeeping services, including manpower, equipment and consumables for the entire building having three towers (11, 13 and 15 floors) with basements and all the periphery areas. b. Maintenance of all equipment/fittings/fixture required for operational efficiency of the premises c. Regular Pest control and waste management (collection & disposal) services to ensure hygienic and environmentally complaint waste management. d. Maintenance of horticulture areas, indoor plants and outdoor landscaping. e. Facility management services like plumbing, carpentry, electric work, repair and maintenance. Operations and maintenance of sewage treatment plants to ensure optimal performance, regulatory compliance and minimal environmental impact. f. Deployment of professional and experienced manpower (skilled supervisor/facility manager, electrician, carpenter, gardener, cleaners, and multi-taskers) to cater the needs for a well-managed facility.
