Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: Desk review of existing strategies and frameworks on revolving fund and the provision of a repayable financial package in Liberia; • Identification and engagement of key stakeholders including local authorities, financial service providers and beneficiaries through consultations and key informant interviews to gather their insights on the development and implementation of the strategies and stakeholders’ roles; • Analysis of the barriers to the payment of revolving loan; • Development of evidence-based recommendations for the payment of revolving funds; and the • Development of a comprehensive strategy for the provision of a repayable financial package leading to a revolving fund for communities. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
