The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the implementation of a comprehensive framework to measure and assess the quality of healthcare services in Greece, as well as for the communication and dissemination of the project’s results. This project concerns the implementation of Work Packages 4 and 5 of the HEALTH-IQ Project, which address the following objectives: a. Capacity Building and Engagement:  Identifying training needs of healthcare providers.  Developing and delivering tailored training in person and online programs.  Engaging key stakeholders to foster a culture of quality improvement. b. Data Validation, Mapping, and Standardization Support:  Ensuring data quality, consistency, and interoperability.  Developing data collection tools and templates.  Monitoring data collection and addressing data quality issues. c. Patient-Centered Quality Improvement and Needs Assessment in specific disease areas:  Identifying specific needs and challenges in targeted disease areas.  Assessing patient experience and developing strategies for improvement.  Mapping patient pathways and develop strategies to improve patient flow. d. Centralized Technical Support and Issue Resolution:  Providing technical support to healthcare providers.  Addressing data quality issues and collection problems.  Preparing Ad-hoc insights for policy-makers. e. Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:  Analyzing data to identify trends and patterns.  Generating reports on key performance indicators and quality metrics.  Providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making. f. Communication and Dissemination:  Developing and implementing a communication strategy.  Designing and Producing Communication Materials and social media content.  Implement a Communication Campaign.  Sharing best practices and lessons learned.  Disseminating project results to a wide range of stakeholders. WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.
