The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of works: construction of a new emergency medical care department building of the KNP “Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Hospital” (Ukraine). The purpose of this announcement is to collect Expressions of Interest from potential providers for the complete construction of the new emergency medical care department building located in Ukraine. A tender will be published in a second moment for the establishment of the Agreement for Performance of Works. The EOI document can be found attached.
