The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Guyana invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for the provision of janitorial services for the United Nations House located at Duke Street, Kingston, Georgetown, and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Compound at GuySuCo.The services include routine cleaning of office spaces, conference rooms, sanitary facilities, and common areas, as well as the provision of cleaning personnel and minor maintenance support. The total area to be serviced is approximately 25,000 square feet across both locations.SITE VISIT / PRE BID MEETINGA mandatory site visit and pre-bid meeting will be conducted to familiarize prospective bidders with the premises, scope of services, and operational requirements under this RFQ.
