Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The primary objective of this consultancy is to support ILO’s DWSC team to carry out capacity building and legal support to promote productive employment and decent work in the shrimp supply chains in Khulna region, Bangladesh. The scope of this consultancy is to: •Strengthen the capacity of worker-led organisations and representatives (including unions, PCs, and safety committees) in the shrimp sector. •Promote awareness and implementation of OSH standards and labour laws. •Support access to legal redress and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
