This questionnaire aims to gather information on your organization's sustainability policies, practices, and commitments across key environmental and social areas such as CO2 emissions, waste management, resource consumption, and social accountability. Please note that the information provided will not be used for contract-making decisions but will help us gain insights into sustainable procurement practices in the market.   Instructions: Complete the attached Annex G - 9193685 Supplier Sustainability Questionnaire to the best of your ability. Provide supporting documents as requested (e.g., environmental policies, waste management procedures, certifications, etc.).
