PLEASE NOTE: As a result of this RFQ, UNHCR intends to establish a Frame Agreement resulting from this RFQ for an initial period of one (1) year, with the possibility of two (2) successive one‑year extensions (1 plus 1 plus 1). The establishment of a Frame Agreement does not constitute a commitment by UNHCR to purchase any minimum quantity of Services from the selected bidder(s). Purchase Orders will be issued on an “as‑needed” basis during the validity of the Frame Agreement.
