The assignment includes renovation of car washing facilities, ceiling rehabilitation, pathway and ramp reconstruction, and toilet upgrades, in compliance with international and local standards. The selected contractor will provide all necessary tools, equipment, and qualified personnel, including a Civil Engineer and Electrical Technician, to ensure timely and quality delivery. This work aims to improve safety, functionality, and sustainability of UN facilities, supporting efficient operations and a conducive working environment.A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held on Thursday, 4th December 2025 at 10:00 AM at the UN Compound in Dili.
