Subject: LRPS-2025-9200567: Institutional Contract to conduct a survey to understand Behavioural Drivers: Insights into Discrimination and Inclusion with focus on Roma and Children with Disabilities Respected, This research seeks to explore the drivers of persistent adverse behaviours such as discrimination toward Roma and children with disabilities. The objective is to understand the underlying psychological, social, and structural influences that shape and sustain behaviours to inform evidence-based behaviour change communication, policy advocacy and community engagement strategies. The deadline for applications is November 03, 2025, by noon 12:00 hrs. Technical Proposal: • Technical proposal should include a detailed overview of the proposed methodology and detailed description of activities to complete the outputs listed in “Major Tasks to be accomplished”. The proposal should also include a timeframe for completing outputs. The technical proposal should also include a separate section on administering a modified version of the survey questionnaire on specific target groups outside households with children – including teachers and school staff, health workers, police officers and social workers. • Institution profile and evidence of relevant capacity, qualification or specialised knowledge/experience. - Sample of completed similar work (final research report). - List of team members and their roles together with CV of recommended key researchers and Team Lead for implementation of the planned activities.
