Negotiation 649 Please follow the next steps to enter to the negotiation and send an offer: 1.      Login to your profile with the following link: https://login-esrv-dev3-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com 2.      Search for the Negotiation module and click View Active Negotiations 3.      Search for negotiation 649 and click in No in the invitation Received as this is a public tender. In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link Supplier Registration (www.oraclecloud.com) and follow the instruction in guides available in the UNHCR website: How to become a supplier. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember your password or username from previous registration.  In the event suppliers need to change the e-mail account in the system, it will be required to edit the focal person information and contact details in the system.
