Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: • Lead visual storytelling coverage of the PROSPECTS Africa Forum, ensuring comprehensive documentation of stakeholder engagement, policy dialogue, and tripartite interactions. • Capture and produce high-quality photographic and videographic content reflecting participation of governments, employers’ and workers’ organizations, regional institutions, and development partners. • Develop structured event coverage aligned to the Forum agenda, including plenary sessions, breakout discussions, exhibitions, networking spaces, and informal interactions. • Produce human-centred visual narratives, highlighting participant perspectives, lived experiences, and country-level insights on decent work in displacement contexts. • Support real-time and post-event communication needs through timely delivery of curated photo selections, video bytes, and daily recap materials for dissemination. • Collaborate closely with the ILO communications team to ensure alignment with messaging priorities, branding standards, and key storytelling objectives. • Contribute to the production of a final impact video and consolidated visual package that supports knowledge sharing, visibility, and dissemination of PROSPECTS results at regional and global levels.
