Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake an online tracer survey for the Decent Employment for Youth in Cambodia Programme Phase 3, (DEY III), focusing skills and employment outcomes during 2024-2025. This result of this tracer survey will contribute to ILO’s results reporting for the 2025 DEY Annual Report. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: As the DEY III programme approaches its results reporting cycle for 2025, it is essential to generate credible evidence on the medium term outcomes and impacts of project-supported interventions on beneficiaries’ employment trajectories. In particular, understanding graduates’ transition to work, employment quality, income levels, and relevance of acquired skills is critical for assessing the project’s effectiveness and contribution to national youth employment priorities. Several results - at Impact, Outcome and Output levels - were achieved during 2024-2025 under ILO’s component. There is a need to be closely verified with evidence-based support tool such as an online tracer survey, utilizing Google Forms and Phone Interviews with the DEY’s beneficiaries. The targe respondents of this survey include previous DEY beneficiaries: job seekers, members of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and officials, who took part in DEY/ILO-related activities and support.
