The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) with its Headquarters located in Brindisi (Italy) seeks an appropriately qualified contractor for the establishment of a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) for the provision of Provision of Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Refurbishment Services for Iveco Trucks, including Spare Parts to the United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), Brindisi, Italy. Specifically, the UNGSC seeks a highly qualified, experienced and authorized Iveco Trucks after-sales agent for the following services, either individually or combined: I. The provision of Technical Labour to conduct Inspections, Maintenance and Repairs, and Refurbishment Services in accordance with Iveco Trucks standards and specifications. II. The provision/supply of Original Iveco Trucks spare parts and related accessories. The equipment that will be covered by the upcoming tender has been classified in two categories: A) thirteen (13)vehicles returning from UN Mission assignments (3R Project) requiring full refurbishment/overhaul (mechanical, electrical, and bodywork) not currently in use by UNGSC. The equipment inventory includes various models of Iveco Trakkers. The refurbishment requirements include: I. Comprehensive inspection to assess equipment status and identify all works and spare parts required for full refurbishment. II. Provision of genuine Iveco Original Equipment Spare Parts & Lubricants. III. Complete refurbishment and repair services for Iveco trucks. IV. Final acceptance inspection to confirm that repairs have been properly completed and equipment is fully operational and ready for reuse. V. Issuance of an Operational Readiness Certificate upon completion of refurbishment and after the successful final acceptance inspection. The contractor will perform primary refurbishment work at their premises. Only the final acceptance inspection will be conducted at UNGSC facilities by a member of the UNGSC technical team. B) Iveco Truck/Equipment within the UNGSC Fleet requires inspection, maintenance, and repair services, including spare parts, on an "as and when required" basis. Service requirements for the UNGSC fleet include Routine Works, as follows: i. Periodic Inspections and maintenance ii. Diagnostic and repair services iii. Provision of Iveco Original Equipment Spare Parts & Lubricants. The Bidder MUST be an authorized Iveco after-sales agent/dealer, in business for a minimum of three (3) years, and licensed to conduct business in Europe. The resulting Contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the option for UNGSC to extend it for up to two (2) additional periods of one (1) year each, for a total possible duration of five (5) years. At the bid submission, Vendors will be requested to provide evidence of compliance with these requirements and any applicable standards. Details of the technical evaluation criteria and other requirements will be provided under the tender at a later stage. Vendors with the attributes listed hereunder are strongly encouraged to participate: (a) Disability inclusive, (b) Demonstrated goal to achieve gender equality (c) Having status as a woman-owned business (d) From developing countries, countries with economies in transition and least developed countries. Vendors interested in participating must demonstrate the necessary technical expertise and capacity to deliver the required services, as only suitably qualified vendors will be invited to participate in the tender exercise. An Expression of Interest does not guarantee participation in the request for quotation, as only suitably qualified vendors will be invited to participate. Specific Requirements/Information The Bidder MUST be an authorized Iveco after-sales agent/dealer, in business for a minimum of three (3) years, and licensed to conduct business in Europe. In order to be eligible for the award, the Vendor must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) for the required Level of Registration, which will be minimum "Level 1" before the award of the Contract.
