UNFPA requires the provision of a regional market intelligence and regulatory assessment to identify practical, quality-assured, and regionally feasible pathways for ensuring timely access to priority sexual and reproductive health (SRH) commodities across the EECA region. The assignment will include mapping demand and supply gaps in selected countries; assessing national regulatory frameworks, including registration processes and reliance mechanisms; analyzing regional manufacturing capacity and procurement constraints; identifying feasible non-long-term agreement (non-LTA) procurement pathways and quality-assured suppliers; and developing an operational framework to strengthen supply security and emergency preparedness.
