Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. • Establish a budget, timeline, and filming schedule in coordination with the character. • Ensure that all necessary local filming permits are obtained. • Film or record interviews and sequences featuring the character. • Follow ILO technical specifications (as outlined in the TORs). • Obtain written and/or on-camera consent from all individuals being photographed or filmed (using ILO Consent Form). • Provide rough edits of interviews and B-roll footage. • Deliver transcripts and English translations of all interviews. • Provide a selection of high-quality photos suitable for cover, profile, and closing images. • Ensure professional videography, sound, lighting, and editing services. • Arrange all necessary logistics for travel and filming. • Deliver all outputs in the agreed formats and within the specified deadlines. • Week 1: Inception meeting and finalization of the video script and interview guide. • Week 2: Shooting videos in Lahore, Karachi, and Sahiwal and taking high-quality photos. • Week 3: Feedback on first drafts by ILO. • Week 4: Finalization and submission of approved videos and photos. Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.
