Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The International Labour Office (ILO) is seeking a consultant Engineer – Capacity Building Consultant to support the youth engineer’s engagement program within the Employment-Intensive Investment Programme (EIIP) by engaging and mentoring youth engineers. The consultant will be responsible for the design of capacity-building materials and the development and delivery of structured training programs, including both theoretical and practical components. The assignment also includes facilitating field-based mentoring, supporting stakeholder coordination, contributing to the translation of technical materials into Kurdish, and ensuring effective communication during training and coordination activities. The assignment is scheduled to run from 1 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, with a total of 24 working days.
